Selling turnkey multimedia tools is not always an easy endeavor. In 2004 it was nearly impossible. B-2-B companies didn't understand it, or see the marketing value it could deliver. So how do you inform your prospects about your services, making them understandable and easy enough to get started today?

The Solution:

Well, producing you own great multimedia piece as a direct mailer is a good start. It needed to be as hand-holding as possible. Everything from "turn on your speakers", to "click here to get started". Video upon video showed them exactly what Synthesis Media was selling, how why they should buy.
